Synopsis:
In the best tradition of Spanish surreal humor (like Luis García Berlanga's Calabuch), this caustic comedy follows the arrival of Teodoro, a professor in an American university, to a very peculiar village to enjoy a sabbatical year. Upon arriving he discovers that Jimmy, his father, has killed his mother. His father bought him a motorcycle with sidecar to compensate him for the loss. Together they arrive at a remote town in the mountain where they encountered strange people: an acolyte on the verge of raising himself body and soul to heaven, and a woman who has buried a man in her orchard.
