Synopsis:
"Extranjeras" depicts the daily unknown reality of peoples from other cultures as seen through the experience of several women immigrants living in Madrid. We see these women's day to day activities which revolve around their family, how they live and where they work. We get to know what their dreams were, and how is their emotional universe. We also discover new spaces of social exchange, their relationships and social encounters that they have created, and the way in which they have adapted to the new environment yet keeping the inherited traditions of their respective cultures in their daily lives.
